I had to frog most of September which bummed me out so I didn't touch it for almost two weeks. Got September and October done in a week. It's been hard to but this project down when I need to. <br />

I think I found two potential forever sewing machines.<br />
<br />
First and my favorite is this <a href="http://www.husqvarnaviking.com/en-US/Machines/OPAL-690Q" target="_blank">Husqvarna Viking Opal 690Q</a>. I love all the built in stitches as well as all the automatic features. This machine I have had my eye on for a few years and have tried it out several times while at <a href="http://www.sewcreative-ne.com/" target="_blank">Sew Creative</a> here in Lincoln. The almost $2,000 price tag is what has stopped me from getting one.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.husqvarnaviking.com/SiteFiles/ClientSite/c3/c34bf95f-3693-46d2-ac93-b98a61dd3401.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://www.husqvarnaviking.com/SiteFiles/ClientSite/c3/c34bf95f-3693-46d2-ac93-b98a61dd3401.jpg" height="372" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
The second one I just found while scoping out machines at Jo-Ann's. It is the <a href="http://www.singerco.com/products/2838/c440q-legacy" target="_blank">Singer Legacy C440Q</a>.<br />
It has a much smaller price tag at just under $1,000. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.singerco.com/sfImageCachePlugin/cached_images/product_full_896x680-7b44915c92f0b55960c554113a225e6520e24b53.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://www.singerco.com/sfImageCachePlugin/cached_images/product_full_896x680-7b44915c92f0b55960c554113a225e6520e24b53.jpg" height="484" width="640" /></a></div>

I will be moving on to October right away though so that's not a bad thing. I love working on this piece. I think the flash washed out the B5200 wind swirls.<br />

I need to iron and frame him still.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiCGk4w8uFZkDoaC1z_Sr3NSkznCVYkn9pizk2JvsM418CFNyvgMoOjRLZOGbWaBNaAERv-ApoSHjXpsKYil7mwkDzEky2rXakRx65AGhppBKeKKY-6_qccrwZZ9wCLiFgKXAYyKOWp7a8T/s1600/SDC10833.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiCGk4w8uFZkDoaC1z_Sr3NSkznCVYkn9pizk2JvsM418CFNyvgMoOjRLZOGbWaBNaAERv-ApoSHjXpsKYil7mwkDzEky2rXakRx65AGhppBKeKKY-6_qccrwZZ9wCLiFgKXAYyKOWp7a8T/s640/SDC10833.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I changed the little heart thing from the called for 352 to 350 with a single strand of 352 stitched in sporadically. <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjcL_wxWxw3mz250g2Vm4dX0WAXAOVFFRcbg4jPRXEixsAINV3zO7hijhyVRAl4XvKWWbs-vRSuwNB7aQzi6qpNDCiQ56ieLZHjlTdEgkWSIBLuS60dcALQEHG93r8FkSqX6sF91TrNDqM9/s1600/SDC10835.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjcL_wxWxw3mz250g2Vm4dX0WAXAOVFFRcbg4jPRXEixsAINV3zO7hijhyVRAl4XvKWWbs-vRSuwNB7aQzi6qpNDCiQ56ieLZHjlTdEgkWSIBLuS60dcALQEHG93r8FkSqX6sF91TrNDqM9/s640/SDC10835.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I messed up on the left leaf but didn't find out till I was doing the vein. I debated for all of five seconds on wheither or not to frog the whole leaf or just leave it. I chose to just leave it as you can see.<br />

I'm only posting three of them because the other three haven't been touched in months or years in the case of one.<br />
<br />
<span style="color: orange;"><i><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><b><span style="font-size: large;">Rainbow Fractal</span></b></span></i></span><br />
Charted by <a href="https://www.etsy.com/shop/ACrossStitchFantasy?ref=pr_shop_more" target="_blank">A Cross Stitch Fantasy</a>. I am planning on turning it into a throw pillow when it's finally done. The confetti stitches ore driving me insane. I just dug it out to put it in the project bag I made. Everything but the PAKO needle organizer fit in it so that was a good thing.<br />

I found out that the pattern pages from the SAL were different from the pages in the pattern I purchased. So I have to start back on page one. I hope I still have enough fabric (Charles Craft 16ct aida)<br />

This is my <a href="https://www.thefrostedpumpkinstitchery.com/" target="_blank">Frosted Pumpkin</a>. I've been doing it like it was released in 2013 as a monthly mystery SAL. I still have to figure out how to turn the 3 into a 6 for the year on the banner in the last panel. Done on Loops & Threads (Michael's Brand) 14ct natural aida ice dyed by me.<br />

It is so easy to use. I need to start taking during photos or wait till a child is home to force into child labor by taking the the afor mentioned during pictures when I do these things.<br />
<br />
This bow was made to fill the large empty space on the autumn wall hanger I got a couple years ago at one of the dollar stores near me. I hand made on last season but it wouldn't stay in the shape I wanted let alone in the spot I wanted in the hanger. So all in all this bow was the instigator into the purchase of the Bowdabra in the first place.<br />
<br />
The two spools of ribbon are the new ones I bought at <a href="http://www.michaels.com/" target="_blank">Michael's</a> just for this bow. I got the Bowdabra there as well with a 40% off coupon. Frugal me.<br />

<br />
It came out a bit bigger than I intended but still fills the space just right.<br />

Or maybe it's just sewing things for my cross stitch. Although I'm about
to start a project for my mom for her crochet hooks. That might be a
good place to start this blog page off. <br />
